What is Ayurvedic Medicine?
Ayurvedic Medicine (also know as Ayurveda) was developed thousands of years ago in India and is still one of the country’s primary holistic systems of medicine today.
The term “Ayurveda” combines the Sanskrit words Ayur (life) and Veda (science or knowledge). Ayurvedic medicine promotes the use of herbal compounds, special diets, aromatherapy, and other unique health practices to balance mind, body, and spirit to stimulate good health and fight disease.

My vibrational healing background is diverse and eclectic. I’m a certified massage therapist and have achieved a fundamental knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine principals from Jai Dev of Medicine Crow. I incorporated acupressure and marma point balance to my skills. I furthered my understanding of plants and received an ayurvedic aromatherapy certification with David Crow and Jade Shutes of Floracopeia. In April 2012 I received my international massage certification for equines and canines from the Equissage School of sports massage. My degree in psychology has supported my ability to listen and assist other’s finding their voice and way to equilibrium.
